About Me:

Joanna's Custom Designs was established in 2020. We specialize in personalized and custom-made items. Prior to the pandemic, in September 2019, I was in an accident that resulted in a broken neck, leaving me a quadriplegic. Despite this, I consider myself fortunate to have regained most of my movement with extensive physical therapy. My right side still experiences some delays, and unfortunately, my right hand has not fully recovered. In March 2020, I turned to sewing as a form of therapy for my right hand and began creating masks for those in need, gaining popularity on Etsy. Since then, I've delved into embroidery and sewing, utilizing my seven working fingers to design and create items. I've developed a passion for bringing customers' ideas to life and have had the opportunity to work with companies like Poshmark and other small businesses. This year, I made the decision to incorporate my business, and I am determined to make it a success. I believe that with your support, I can achieve this goal.
